District Manager, Area Manager, Director

I believe in making it a GREAT day for myself and others. It is important to me to give the consumer the best experience in any place I managed. My personality allows me to talk to everyone I come across, I'm very happy and outgoing. I have the understanding of what the customer wants and I know exactly how to get them coming back to my store. Using clear and effective communication, I'm able to quickly understand requirements posed by any customer. 

I love to lead others in business through empowerment and delegation. My expertise is in business development, leadership, comprehensive project management and adept at communicating with diverse groups. I firmly believe that in order to grow within an organization you must always train others to grow as well. Throughout my career, I have managed a seasonal store from the ground up; trained all staff; supervised end of season breakdown of store, developed plans and sought new customers to increase sales and profitability, and trained employees in sales, technical skills and customer service. 

It's in my nature to have a good handle on anything that comes my way. I demonstrate a high level of initiative and self starter abilities. I'm most proud of the time I turned loss leaders within the district into profit leaders through retraining, new hires, and motivating employees. I increased the net profit across the district by 20% through reduced loss/shrink and improved customer service in all locations. I have directed specialty product sales and exceeded sales goals for season by 12%; exceeded annual charitable donation goals by 15%.
